In November 2022, our school community suffered the tragic loss of Akira Wilson. She was an Academy of Hospitality and Tourism senior who planned to attend college and study mortuary science. She was an integral part of our school, the class of 2023, and had a smile that brightened everyone’s day.

In her honor this scholarship fund was created to assist future Academy students achieve their dreams of higher education.
