Class of 2026 Field Trip to U.S. Holocaust Museum

Beginning this Wednesday, March 6 and running through March 13th, our 10th grade English classes will be traveling to the U.S. Holocaust Museum at 100 Raoul Wallenberg Pl SW, adjacent to the National Mall. The entire Class of 2026 is afforded this opportunity in conjunction with their study of Night by Elie Wiesel and Maus by Art Spiegelman in their ELA classes.
Coach buses, generously provided by the museum, will leave Jackson-Reed at 9:20am each morning and transport students to and from the museum, with a return time of 12 noon. This means that students will have lunch once they return to the building. Field trip forms were distributed by English teachers last week and need to be returned this coming week.
